Legalisation & authentication guidance

Some destinations accept a sworn translation as is. Others require it to be authenticated by the Lebanese Ministry of Justice, then the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, then the destination country's embassy. Getting the order wrong wastes days. Sara prepares your translation for authentication and walks you through each step.

Available in every combination of French, Arabic and English.

How Sara handles it

  • 01

    The right sequence, first time

Authentication chains differ by document type and destination. You receive a written checklist with the exact order, locations and fees.

  • 02

    Authentication-ready formatting

Translations are prepared so that the certification statement, seal and signature are positioned for the authenticating officer.

  • 03

    Honest about what is needed

Many destinations do not need extra legalisation at all. Sara tells you when a sworn translation is enough, saving you time and fees.

Questions

Questions about this service

Read all FAQs
Is an apostille available in Lebanon?

Lebanon is not a party to the Hague Apostille Convention, so documents go through consular legalisation instead: Ministry of Justice (for translations and court documents), then Ministry of Foreign Affairs, then the embassy of the destination country when required.

Can you handle the authentication for me?

Sara prepares the file and guides you step by step. For clients abroad or unable to attend, she can advise on trusted courier and representative services.
