Sworn translation for immigration & visa files

How Sara handles it
- 01
Whole-file consistency
Every name, address and institution is transliterated identically across the whole file, matching your passport exactly.
- 02
Country-specific certification
IRCC, USCIS, the French consulate and Australian Home Affairs each phrase their translation requirements differently. Each file receives the certification statement its destination expects.
- 03
Digital or paper
Receive signed, sealed PDFs for online portals and paper originals for in-person appointments, or both.
Does IRCC (Canada) accept your translations?
Yes. IRCC requires translations by a certified translator with a certification statement; if the translator is not a member of a Canadian provincial body, an affidavit may be required. Sara provides the appropriate certification for Canadian files.
Can you translate my whole file at a bundle price?
Yes. Complete immigration files are quoted as a package with a clear per-document breakdown.
